Baby Corn Packet

Baby corn, also called young corn, cornlets or sweet baby corn, is a type of cereal grain that is harvested early from the stalks of corn (maize) while they are still small and immature. Unlike mature corn, which has a tough cob, baby corn can be eaten whole, including the cob. It is a staple in Thai and Chinese cuisine, particularly for stir frying, and pairs well with spring onions and peppers.
